43:00 minutes on the elliptical at a fast pace average RPM was 95 to 105, mainly above 100... 30 minutes of upper body weight training, low weight high reps, worked all major muscle groups, felt good... My leg feels good, I didn't even notice when I was doing the elliptical but I know there is still a problem, because when I walk up the stairs and down the stairs I can feel it still, so I am taking my time.
