Pool ran for 40 minutes and then did the bike in the pool for another 20 minutes for a total of 60 minutes in the pool, not real fun, and then finished up with some ultrasound and then my PT worked over my foot pretty darn good. OUCH!!!

No PT again until Friday, but he did say that if I feel like my foot is doing good enough that I could try the elliptical for 10 minutes or so just to try it out but at the first sign of pain I need to stop, so we shall see what the week brings. As of now I would not be doing any ellitical work as I am still working through some of the pain.

Later.

Hang in there Clay. I know things probably aren't so fun right now but I think the worst is behind you and things will get better from here.

Brent-I will be down there cheering everyone on though. The foot is coming around and I am some what optimistic now and I have been given the go head to try the elliptical, so I will try that later today. I am hopeful that with in the month I will be out on the road again, but I will be careful in coming back thats for sure.
