I ran my Payson Park loop this morning and my legs were totally wiped out, they did not want to move today!!! I ran into Michelle on my way out and we talked for a second, she seems to be hanging in there and she is so inspiring, keep it up kiddo! My right groin was really tender again and up into the hip area, so that was kind of a bummer but I just kept pushing forward... My average pace was 8:52 with my HR average at 138 and my total time was 1:03:25, I picked the pace up a little on the way back so I could see my daughter before she left for school and I made it with time to spare. Iced my groin and then finished up with some strength training on the BowFlex, upper body only;-) I hope my groin doesn't become a problem, I just got my IT bands better and now this flairs up, it really ticks me off!!!

See ya tomorrow-

Dang that groin. If its not one thing its another. Thanks for commisserating with me this morning. I needed to blow off steam when I saw you. I hope you're feeling better soon.
