It was not a real fun run this morning! My legs were dead from the get go, and they never really recovered... I did do the elliptical yesterday after my run so maybe that had something to do with it, all I know is that they were dead! My average pace was 9:11 with my HR average at 133, total time was 46:56, like I said really really slow! Hopefully tomorrow will be better, but at least I got her done.
