Just a nice easy run today, not concerned about pace I just wanted to enjoy the morning... I took Ethan to cross country and then I did the run after I dropped him off, out past the old barn towards Payson and my average pace was nice and easy like I said at 8:45 with a total time of 35:31.  My calf felt pretty good today and I am hoping that I am on the other side of this little blip in the road, I want to get back to running some hills. Hopefully next week.

Sounds like a dandy run. Hope the calf is kind so all systems will be go for you next week. Maybe we'll see you for the Payson canyon run.

I think Tuesday again Clay since Jill Nybo has offered to drive us up every week but can only do Tuesday.
