I ran out to the base of Harry's Hill and then back to the house, the pace was easy at first and then I did some quarter mile pick-ups at 7:20 and 7:15 pace with the same amount of cool down. Average pace was 8:33 with the total time at 46:29 I felt good enough today to tack on a little extra after I got back to the house and that was one of the pick-ups so thats a good sign. The achillies was about the same, sore at the beginning and then it loosened up and was good the rest of the way. After the run I jumped on the elliptical and ran the contenders course which is 20 minutes with resistance up to 5 and then I cooled down with another 10 minutes, after that I did some leg lifts on the Bowflex. I ran a little bit downhill this morning and my achillies did really well, better going downhill than going up...

Ethan's UBBA Baseball tourney starts today and he started practicing for soccer today too, so when it rains it pours;)

See ya tomorrow

Glad to see things going better for you lately Clay. Hope it continues for a good long while!

I hear ya on the kid's schedule. We are juggling softball allstars and comp. soccer for the next month.

Nice pickups during your run.
