I ran out towards Payson today via canal road and I felt okay, my calf's are really stiff and sore almost like I have ran a race and so are my quads, it's a good feeling though. I kept the pace nice and easy at 8:57 and then my total time was 36:46. After the run I stretched real good and then did my upper body weight training and the some push-ups! I just got a call from the post office and my step-sons mission call is there so I am heading down to pick it up, sure is exciting!!! He's in Lake Powell so we will have to wait until he gets back to open it, Darn it!!! Its going to drive my wife nuts!!!

See ya tomorrow.

Hi Clay! Exciting about the mission call! When does he get home from Lake Powell? We'll be waiting for the report! I'll guess.......hmmmmmm......let's see.....how about.......Madagasgar!? :)

OH, it is going to drive me nuts, too! I hate waiting for that stuff.

I hope your legs get feeling better. Do you think they are tired from the taking time off and then running again? I know my legs are really feeling it far more than they usually do and it has to be from the time off. Whatever it is, hope they get back to normal!

Best of luck to you with St George. i am in the same boat, not ready for St George but making a go if it anyway. It is going to have to be all for fun!!!!!
