I decided to go and run walk a mile with my wife to see how the hip would feel and much to my dismay  it has not healed at all, I was suppose to go to Dr. Brady again this morning but I had an emergency at work and had to cancel. I ended up doing 30 minutes on the elliptical to see if there was any pain doing that and there wasn't so I guess my options are the elliptical and I just don't know if I can do that, its just to darn boring!!! But I think I need an attitude adjustment because right now I am not motivated at all! I am struggling at home with some stepson issues and I just don't know what I am doing at this point, I can't run, I can't play Golf, I might go fishing on Saturday and think it all over and then go from there!

This month is a total loss just looking at my calender, pretty discouraging:-(

See ya later.

Sorry Clay,

Fishing sounds fun. You've got to find something that works to get your mind off it all. Don't be too hard on your stepson. I had a stepfather that was pretty mean to me growing up and it created some ugly issues. Not to say your mean.

Clay I really feel your pain man! I wish there was magic formula to get rid of all the aches, pains and injuries that so many on the blog seem to be dealing with right now.

The fishing does sound fun and is a great activity for doing some hard thinking and pondering (especially if the fish aren't biting like they usually aren't whenever I go fishing).

Good luck sorting everything out, both with running and with the family issues, it seems like things typically seem the bleakest right before the clouds part and the sun comes shining in. We'll hope and pray for better things to come shortly!
