Well, I awoke this morning with full intent of going and running the race but after trying to take a run around my house I realized it was not meant to be. My hip was very sore and I am limping, its seems I have a pulled my groin muscle to go along with everything else that is falling apart... I am going to be taking some time off and I will blog from time to time but I don't know how much, I am very disappointed and disillusioned, enough said! The only thing that seems to help with the pain is to walk, so I will be doing that and maybe the elliptical but that even seems to aggravate it so I will do that just a little...

See ya soon!

I can't believe it! Oh I am so sorry! There is only one thing for a situation like this: chocolate. Good luck, buddy. Hang in there.

Sorry to hear about the injury, Clay. Get better soon so you can still come to St. George (hopefully).
