Cold rainy and windy this morning, not a real good combination for an old man trying to get over pneumonia! I got her done though and it wasn't pretty... My average pace was 9:37, very very slow and my heart rate average was at 140 total time was 48:46. Not much else to say except I was really tired today and I just had no energy and then it seemed like I was fighting the wind the whole time, so it was a pretty hard workout to stay motivated. I'm going to go and camp out by the fireplace and warm up for a few, see ya tomorrow. Later. |
