I was able to get out at 7:30am but the weather was a little questionable and everytime I tried to head out towards GU corner the wind would be howling and so I would head back to Salem. So I stayed in Salem along canal road and it was a lot nicer, no wind and no rain for the most part, it did get a little boring going back and forth but that was better than fighting the wind. My legs were not feeling it today so the pace was a little slower than normal and some of the miles felt like a death march, but I was able to get her done. My average pace was 8:35 with my HR average at 142, total time was 1:43:41... I thought my legs would go a little better today than they did especially after taking yesterday day off, maybe I shouldn't have, I just was off all day today so I'll leave it at that. See ya Monday.
