I ran a new route today as the other ones have become a little stale... So I will call this the High School loop which has a mix of downhill and up hill and flat, I just tried to keep the pace steady and not over do and I just drug the old hammy around. My average pace was 8:39 with my total time at 53:14, my HR average was 147. My Hammy was tolerable for the most part, I actually broke down and took some Ibuprofen and it seemed to take the edge off, I don't know if I'll do that very often simply cuz I hate taking any kind of medicine but after the run I stretched really good and then rolled it good with the big foam roller. After the run I did my upper body weight training and then some push-ups. It was a good day today and I'm glad I was able to get my butt out of bed and get-r-done! See ya tomorrow.
