I had a hard time getting out of bed this morning, but after I got up and put all my gear on I was able to get out! My hip was a little noticeable when I started out but then as the run went on it seemed to be alright, I kept the pace really slow and easy and I will continue to see how it does if it looks like it is getting worse then I will need to take a break so it can heal... I don't want to be out of commission for 2 months like I was back in June and July, and where this is on the other hip I feel like I need to be careful. I ran out towards mini GU corner but stopped short about a half a mile, average pace was 9:10 total time was 47:06 my heart rate was at 140. Oh, I almost forgot I saw a shooting star this morning, I think thats a total of 8 or maybe 9 now for the winter months. It was pretty cool with the bright moon I was surprised that I was able to see it!

I finished up with some core training and and some push-ups.

See ya tomorrow.

Way to fight off the deamons and get out today. What is it with us old men and our hips. I have had a hip ache for well over 8 months now that is better on somedays than others. Like most other idiot runners, I just keep running through it. I hope your hip feels better soon.
