Rest-I went to Dr. Brady today and he worked me over pretty good!!! I will see him again on Tuesday next week and he seems to think that I might be back to running in a week, but I am less optimistic;-(  I am thinking real hard about maybe canceling out of SG and just letting my body heal up and then start over from scratch. my goal right now is to Boston qualify and I don't think it is a real good Idea to just go down and run it for the sake of running it.... between putting out money for hotel rooms and then other expenses just to get down there, I have a hard justifying doing that simply because money is tight right now, so I don't know what to do but I am leaning toward getting out. My heart is saying stay in it and run the race anyway but I just don't know. Sorry for my ramblings.

Later-

Rambo, you deserve a break, this sucks. Don't forget to get your auto-entry for next year if you do not run St.George. Hip flexors are painful. Hope you heal soon. It seems most runners on the blog want a BQ. Well, Sylvie has qualified a dozen time and means nothing to her. I guess what I'm saying, runnning for the sake of running healthy has so much beauty, makes Boston seem small in comparison.

Brent- I am really torn on what to do and if I was a rich man I would just go and not worry about the money issue, but this is a difficult decision... I guess it is what it is and I will just have to make a decision here in the next few days.

Thanks for checking in.

It's really not that hard of a decision to make. You already paid the money Bro. If you pull out you will not get an auto entry for next year they are not doing that for 2010. plus you will not get your entry fee refunded. So take it easy run when you can. Run SGM and get another one under your belt that will go toward the 10 year club. Hang in there your tuff.
