My legs were pretty tired from the hard workout yesterday so I kept it pretty easy I averaged around an 9:00 pace for the whole run, total time was 54:30 and my HR average was 137. I'm kind of concerned about my left foot again, I feel like I'm getting Planters, I have been doing some extra stretching throughout the day to try and help it but I don't know what to think.  Just as long as it doesn't get any worse than it is I will be alright, I might be ready for some new shoes, we shall see... It was a little cold again this morning, I could have used my gloves;-) The last mile was pretty brutal as I was having some stomach issues and barley made it home, I had to walk a little the last two tenths of a mile, I was hating it!

See ya tomorrow.

Clay, I see that you run in Asic, maybe try a different brand. Asic 2090 gave me plantar. Once I switched to Nike Air Zoom Elite, never had another problem. Every foot is different, just an idea.

Ya know Brent Nike shoes and my feet just don't fit real well, but it seems I might need to go back to the Kayano, I never had a problem when I was wearing that shoe, so I might try that... Ever since I moved from the Kayano to the 2100 series I seem to have an on again off again problem with it:-( I think the reason I went with the 2100 series was because it was a little lighter, as I recall...

Thanks for checking in on me.
