I was feeling pretty good so I went out this afternoon and ran some miles. I had some pain in my left upper leg but my injury on the other side seems to have healed up. I ran real easy and just tried to feel things out to see how I'm doing, after returning home I hopped on the elliptical for 20 minutes and then did some stretching. The pain in my left leg was pretty sore but now that is the next day(Wednesday) the pain seems to have subsided so that is a good sign. I might try and run again today when I get home from work and give it another try and see how it does. If it continues to bother me then I will probably take some more time off before I get going again, but regardless  I plan on starting my strength training next week so I at least I feel like I'm doing something and not being a lazy butt;-)

See ya later.

Rambo - a couple more weeks off from running may be the best thing in the long run, good time to get healed. Hey, with your workout attitude, you can keep in good shape cross training for a couple of weeks.

Clay, I am going to send you a personal email on something.
