I ran out towards Pretty Little Hill this morning, keeping it nice and easy. My legs still don't feel very strong, so I don't quite know what to expect this weekend I guess I will just see how things go on race day and then go from there... I just wish it warm up, it seems like we are just stuck in spring mode and can't break out of it, oh well I guess we need the water. My average pace was 9:04 with my HR average at 135 total time was 31:02, well thats about it...

See ya tomorrow.

Clay what race are you running this weekend? Good job on getting out! I have some weird foot pain going on? So I didn't get out this morning, maybe tonight?

Tyler- I am running the Hurricane Half down south this weekend;-) I'm not in great running shape but it is the final race for me in the runners series to get me into SG, so I'm going to give it my best shot!

Basically all I have to do is finish and I know I can do that. I hope the foot gets to feeling better so you can get out tonight;-)

Have a great "time" this weekend.
