Stair workout on the track. 200m, 400, 800, 1600, 800, 400 at 5K pace and an all-out 200. Never really found the pace. Splits were 35, 80, 2:35, 5:03, 2:29, 72, and 24 for the 200. Cooled down and did 20 min. of abs

3 mile warmup. Raced park city as a fast tempo. First mile was slow but picked it up after that. Felt really comfortable. Team took first! Right calf/Achilles felt really tight during 2 mile cool down hopefully be good to go for next week.
