I ran 8.5 on the treadmill today in 68 minutes. I could have run the extra 4 minutes and made it to 9, but I am a wuss and I knew I needed to hurry home. I'm going to start using the weight, sleep and calorie options, just not today. :) I think I'll start using them on Monday. I need to lose about 5lbs or 10 would be my goal I just don't know if it's possible. :)
