Nice weather today! Ran 6 Miles out Monster Hill and back twice to make 12 miles. Wasn't feeling great at the start but felt pretty good and strong at the end! First 6 @ 8:21 pace, Last 6 @ 8:00 pace. Nice progressive.

Decided to run my 2nd 12 mile run for the week today instead of tomorrow as it is supposed to rain all day tomorrow, so two 12 mile days in a row. (Out and back up Monster Hill twice.) I didn't intend to run faster today than I did yesterday but it just turned out that way. Still had some kick on the last mile.

Well, my running schedule is all messed up. Had to run another 12 today instead of waiting until Saturday. It started out good but as the temp rose I got a little hot and tired. Didn't have the kick I did before on the last mile. HR overall is somewhat higher.
