| Nice weather today! Ran 6 Miles out Monster Hill and back twice to make 12 miles. Wasn't feeling great at the start but felt pretty good and strong at the end! First 6 @ 8:21 pace, Last 6 @ 8:00 pace. Nice progressive.

| Decided to run my 2nd 12 mile run for the week today instead of tomorrow as it is supposed to rain all day tomorrow, so two 12 mile days in a row. (Out and back up Monster Hill twice.) I didn't intend to run faster today than I did yesterday but it just turned out that way. Still had some kick on the last mile.

| Well, my running schedule is all messed up. Had to run another 12 today instead of waiting until Saturday. It started out good but as the temp rose I got a little hot and tired. Didn't have the kick I did before on the last mile. HR overall is somewhat higher.
