Rode the bike home from church - 22.5 miles. There was a strong south wind so it was slow. I was also a little tired after my 40+ miler.

luckily the cycling doesn't hurt the foot, but running still does. I'm really not sure when I'll be able to start some running training.

IJR - as you well know, it all starts out one step at a time. Put your best foot forward and Just Do It! You ran with it hurting so long, you'll be over the pain and back in stride in no time when you get back out on it!

That's part of my problem, I don't know when it hurts too bad and I shouldn't be running.
