My main sport is Team Roping, I've been doing that all my life.

the cortisone shot worked. It doesn't hurt any more but I do feel like I have a lump in my foot.

Fartleks are definitely a good way to get back into some quicker stuff, nice going. Good luck at the 5k

Nice run, wicked humidity!!! It's only 24% humidity in my neck of the woods and presently 84 degrees and supposed to get up to 94 degrees...Hows the mending process coming along in your life???
