| Cycling in the morning today. Out and back to Kingsbury. I don't quite have my biking legs back yet. Hopefully I will be able to push the speed up as I ride more.

| Still dealing with the foot issue. Went and bought orthotics and and wearing the continually now. I bought a pair of Newton Distance shoes the other day thinking they might help but I'm not sure. They don't seem to take the pressure off of the right spot.
Running felt good (except for the foot), breathing was laborsome. I'm losing ground!

Haven't run for 2 weeks with the 2nd Metatarsal Overload Syndrome. Trying to get it healed. Bought Orthotices and Newton Shoes and ran in them. Still seems irritated. |
And the ones on the rock are those who, when they hear the word, receive it with joy. But these have no root; they believe for a while, and in time of testing fall away.

| Back on the bike this morning. The weather was great for biking at 65 degrees, 93% humidity and 61 degree dewpoint. I rode a little faster this morning than I have the last couple of time. I think I'm getting my cycling legs back a little. With a push I held on to 20 mph for the 10 miles back in.

It's hard to believe I was running a faster pace for 20 miles just a few weeks ago. :-(
Did some research and found another way to tape my toe using kinesio tape. It seems to help. My foot did not seem any worse after this run. so I'm hoping to get two 3-4 miles runs in next week.

| I've been in a little pain the last few days after suffering another cycling accident. No broken bones this time but I destroyed my bike, helmet and shoes. Here's a picture of the cuts and scrapes that aren't covered up by clothing.
