4 Miles @ 7:35 Pace.
It's hard to believe I was running a faster pace for 20 miles just a few weeks ago. :-(
Did some research and found another way to tape my toe using kinesio tape. It seems to help. My foot did not seem any worse after this run. so I'm hoping to get two 3-4 miles runs in next week.
