It's taken my foot a few days to recover from the 15 mile run last Thursday. It was really sore for a couple of days. so I rode my bike on Sunday instead of running. I am getting in better shape as below show "Less Effort = Faster Pace" compared to a month ago where ran the same run with the effort but 45 seconds per mile slower.
