First 15 Miler in a long time. Ran out and back Monster Hill 2x. Not sure what was going on with my HR at the first but something. Really felt lathargic at the first but kicked it up the last 5 to make it a good run overall. happy to run my fastest miles at the end! (Almost got to a 6 minute mile on the last mile. :-)
