Another track workout. I started out really sluggish and feeling like I couldn't achieve the goal. I was supprised after the third rep that I had actually dropped my time. The goal was 6 800m reps at 2:58 with a 1:30 recovery between. I took more time between the reps as it was really hot and humid and I felt like I needed to let my core temp cool down a little.
