My main sport is Team Roping, I've been doing that all my life.

Glad to see you running again! Nice splits the past couple days. Hope the foot continues feeling better with the pads and shot and the shoulder pain goes away. And the biking desires fade away... :)

Yasir, I have actually run 10 out of the last 12 days with one being a race! :-) Nothing to write home about but at least there's been some consistency.

Russ, I still feel pressure in the foot but I guess the cortisone shot did the trick. My shoulder is another matter...still hurts quite a bit.
