2 miles on the elliptical (I'm counting it as running miles). I have to put my weight on my heel but it seems to work pretty well. My HR was as if I were into a marathon 15 miles.
Then some weight lifting...
It's going to be a rough come back.

I assume that means the doc said things are healing well? Any time table to running? If it's not some time soon you may have to change your running blog name to IJustCrosstrain. :)

Doc says it is looking fine, just a lot of scar tissue to deal with. .. And BTW, I take offense to the "IJustCrosstrain" comment...I'm coming after you!
