Not really a very good run but I finished. I was hoping to run below 7:30 but that sure wasn't happening. It was hot, humid and windy and I labored to even keep this pace.

Preston, sometimes our bodies dont want to give what we hope for on training runs, but keep it in perspective. Higher temps, humid & windy, & you just cranked out a 14 miler @ 10+ seconds fastet than your BQ pace. I would call that a successful run.

Nice one - your body isn't used to the warmer air as well, so really a pretty strong relative effort. Keep it up!
