Track Repeats today...!
Today was another good day of running for me. Again, I wasn't sure if I could do what was on the schedule but when I was finished I very pleased. I beat all of the paces and had time to spare. I even ran one of my recovery 400's at an 8:00 pace! Sorry...I don't mean to sound like I'm bragging, I'm more amazed that I'm able to do this and have made so much progress :-)

Target: Repeats - 10-20 Min. Warm-up, 1600 @ 6:12 (6:12 pace), 400m Recovery, 3200 @ 12:40 (6:20 pace), 800m Recovery, 2 x 800m @ 2:58 (5:56 pace), 400m Recovery, 10 Min. Cool-down. Note: This was a good/hard workout. Beat all paces slightly and felt good afterwards.
