Today was a good running day (except it was on the treadmill). I went to the gym and ran 1/4 mile warm-up then 6 miles at 7:30 pace then another 1/4 cool-down. I think I felt better than I've felt in months. At the end of the 6 miles I knew I could run much further. My HR also shows that I could easily go further. Now I just have to figure out how to run 20 more just like this :-)

(Footnote: The treadmill will only go to a 7:30 pace and will only run for 40 minutes. I had to restart it in my 6th mile. It took about 15 seconds and that's why my HR dropped on the last mile)
