3 nice and easy recovery miles. I feel exceptionally good after Saturday's race. I then went to yoga, the perfect start to the week.

I had planned on running about 8 miles today, but my legs felt heavy and I couldn't get my legs to turn over quickly, so after 3 slow miles I threw in the towel and headed to spin class.

Today was a bummer, I had planned on doing a nice long run, but the gym opened 30 minutes late. I ended up doing 7 fast miles 7:24 AP. This just hasn't been my week.

I was supposed to run 15 miles with my buddies this morning, but have come down with an awful cold. I decided to sleep in and do weights instead. Worked quads, hamstrings, inner and outer thigh, chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, glutes, and abs. After weights I ran, but was only able to muster out a slow 5 miles 8:34 AP. Really low miles this week, hopefully next week will be better:)
