| Ran a very fast 6.1 miles before doing weights. Worked quads, hamstrings, glutes, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, back, and core. I did very heavy weights on my legs, I should feel this workout for the next few days.

| Tried to run this morning, but due to yeterday's weights my legs felt extremely heavy. Ran a very slow 3 miles and headed to spin class. Hopefully I can get a nice run in tomorrow.

| Wow, these last few weeks have been my worst running weeks in a long time. I think I just needed a few days off mentally. I decided to do a semi long run since I had time (I have work off today). Amber helped push me along, thank goodness for her. I ran 8.1 miles 7:45 AP. It felt good and hopefully I got my groove back:)

| I decided to do some speed intervals today. It's been a while since I've done them so I wasn't sure how it would go. It went surprisingly well. My legs felt nice and springy:) I ran 8.2 total miles 7:45 AP. I'm off to sunny Puerto Vallarta, can't wait to do some runs there:)

| Ran probably the most hot and humid 6.1 miles in my life. I ran this fast to get through it quickly. I learned that tomorrow I need to get out there earlier. On the upside Puerto Vallarta is stunning, beautiful ocean and green landscape, I'm in heaven.:)

| Wow, I took a much needed break from running and now I feel ready to go again. I ran 8.1 easy peasy miles 7:53 AP. Everything felt great, leg turnover was awesome on the few sprints I through in, and breathing was perfect. I'm so happy to be back:)
