Holy crap, both my hamstings are so sore! My foam roller is going to be my best buddy today:) Ran 5.1 slow recovery miles 8:34 AP. Weights: worked quads, hamstrings, chest, delts, lats, shoulders, biceps, triceps, glutes, abs, and obliques. I got most of the groups to muscle failure.
A bunch of us are running our long run tomorrow morning early. I will be runnning 13, but the course we are running has different break off points if you aren't wanting to go that far. If you want to run with us but haven't been given the details leave me a comment and I'll get back to you. The more the merrier, it should be lots of fun! |
