First 2 reps were on a slight incline, last 4 on slight decline. Trail was a little icy in the a few spots, which slowed things down in places.
Cooled down 3 miles. 15 miles total, averaged 6:23/mile.

| am - Big Workout. Boyd Lake route. Warmed up 3 miles, then did a 10-mile MP tempo. The trail was drifted over in places, which slowed things down a little, here and there. Felt decent. Pace wasn't too fast, but the workout felt easy too.
