Endure and persist; this pain will turn to your good. - Ovid

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. - Romans 5:1-5

Since I didn't run yesterday, I did a good run today. It was warm (about 40 degrees) and raining, and tights, underarmour top, and a hat was perfect dress. Did and out-and-back into North Logan, and felt great. 9 miles, averaged 6:08/mile.

Ran with the one-and-only Logan Fielding today from work. We did the North Logan-USU Loop. It was longer than I remember, so I ended up at 10 miles for the day. Logan kept pushing the pace, and I didn't feel great, but good to run with him. 6:47/mile for the run.

Ran with Logan today. We drove up to the TOU Half start line, up Blacksmith Fork Canyon. Ran up the canyon 5 miles, and then back down. It was a little bit cold going up, due to shade and a light headwind, but going down was very comfortable, and it was a beautiful, sunny day. Averaged 6:07/mile for the entire run of 10 miles.
