| Big Workout. Warmed up 1.5 miles, then did 4-3-2-1 workout. Wasn't fantastic, but I made it through...just felt a bit sluggish.

| Big snowstorm last night, so I missed my morning run. I got 10 miles in the late afternoon, once the snow stopped and the trails were cleared. Averaged about 8:20/mile.

| Long run. Did the first 17 miles with Mike (Boyd Lake). Averaged 6:50/mile for this part. Then dropped Mike off, and did 5 more miles without a watch (Fossil Creek). This part was extremely slow, and I was feeling the distance pretty hard. But got 22 miles total. 97 for the week.
