Today was my first track workout in a year and a half... and OH MAN DID IT SHOW! I met up with Levi and Danny and did laps warm up then laps of J's. We stretched, drenched our heads because it was 100 degrees today and started the workout. We did 5x300 then an 800. Since I hadnt been on the track, or done speed in a long time, I was going for 80's. We did continuous 300's where we jogged the 100 as recovery. Times went like 60, 59, 59, 57, 60, 60. We all took turns leading. Then the 800 I went 2:41. Levi and Danny destroyed me on that. I was so exhausted. Then we did a mile and a quarter as cooldown. Did my core when I got home. I feel amazing right now.
