I ran at 7 at night and I loved it. It felt so good in the cool and the sun wasnt gleeming down on me so I wasnt loosing that extra energy. I went for 6 miles non stop just running up and down different streets. weaving in and out of places. I thought it was a ton of fun. I went at a slow pace just to go and loosen up my legs because I have been pushing it all week. I was hitting about a 8 minute mile for it because I just wanted to go for a nice long slow run to have fun. It was good and now my legs dont hurt because I loosened them up. It felt really nice. |
