This morning I woke up early because I am going to the peer court conference later today. I did a mile warm up, then did 6 400s in 75-80. My knee was hurting a lot in the warm up but during the 400s, it did not hurt at all. Which I thought was weird. I was surprised I could do this workout because of the disappointing fiasco that happened on Friday. Then I did a 3.5 mile cooldown. |
