At about 2 in the afternoon I ran 4 miles. I run up around in the avenues to get some good steep hills in the strengthen my legs before the cross country season actually started. I run up I street till I got to 11th avenue then I turned in there till I got to shriners hospitol then I ran down the hill untill I got to south temple and the I just finnished out the 4 miles. After my run I wasnt really tired as more as my legs hurting. I could tell that I need to strenghthen my legs a bit so I can get not only stronger but faster in my times and be able to run a lot longer at a good steady pace. Overall this run was a good productive run that I need to do more of. |
