AM: went over to Dilworth elementary with my dad to do 400s. I did a lap warm up, then 3 400s in 71-72. Then I did a lap cooldown. PM: At tiny tots, I did a half mile warm up alone then did Tolberts workout, which was like butt kicks, high knees, buttkick high knees, and then snaps. We did 15 of each. Then the kids came and it was a speed workout for them. I was pacing the Bantams I think for 90-95 seconds of each lap. Their workout was 800-400-400-200-200. I did the 800-400-200-200 with them because I was timing on the other two. So I brought the kids through in 3:09 for the 800, then 76 in the 400, and my last 200 I did 34. I was just pacing myself of the 400 and the 200. Then I did a 200 recovery back to the start. After my 400 I jogged a 400 then ran down to the 200 to read out their splits for the 400. Then I cooled down and called it a day. |
