This morning I went to my fitness class. We walked up to the University of Utah's track for a fartlek workout. I did a half mile warm up then started the workout. It was 4 Minutes on, 4 Minutes off, 3 On, 3 Off, 2 On, 2 Off, 1 On, 1 Off. Not that hard to stay on pace because of the really long recovery. But on the last one minute on I was outkicked by some swimmer that I was lapping. But oh well, I am not a sprinter. But then we did a lap on the track then I ran home. I ran up to Mario Capecci drive, down to foothill, over to sunnyside and down to 1900 East and home. Very hot run.
