AM: This morning in my fitness class we ran a fartlek workout. I ran a half mile warm up then we immediately started. It is only a 45 minute class. We did a workout of 10x1 on and off. We ran it on the track. I was the top runner but I ran in lane 8 at the University of Utah track so everyone started ahead of me in lane 1 but I caught all of the runners except the first runner. then I did a lap cooldown. 3.5 miles.
PM: A mile of speed changes on the road at sugarhouse park. Then a road lap of sugarhouse park then I ran home.
