Usual half mile warm up, 3 800s with 400 recovery then a mile and a half cooldown. Nothing special about this run. Early and went by really fast. This afternoon I met up with Larry at Highlands track. I did a mile warm up, I mile of speed changes sprinting the curves and jogging the straight a ways, then a mile of J's, then a mile of regular speed changes then I did a 400 in 76 and called it a day cause my legs were way sore........
