This morning I got up early and my knee was killing me. I decided to run anywase. I did three miles then I couldn't stand my knee anymore so I came home and did more weights. I will go later tonight though. PM; Tonight I went on a three mile run to get to 35 for the week. So I went out and just ran around my neighborhood. My Garmin was acting up because it said I was going at a 9:20 pace for the first mile and I know it was not a 9:20 pace. But I got it down to a 7:20 pace. My legs are tired. |
