AM: I woke up with my dad and went over to the Highland Track. I did a half mile warm up, 800, 800 recovery, got some water, then I did 6x50 meter strides because of the race tomorrow. Then I cooled down till I was at 2 miles. I will do my pre race run tonight. PM: Did my PreRace workout. Mile warm up, 8x150 strides, 200 in 27 seconds then cooled down till at four miles. |
