Met at SHP and did the state cross country course. The workout was 5 miles with 4x1 minute strides whenever you felt like it. I did the course and did my strides up all of the hills on the course to get a little hill work in also. After that, I added a half mile waiting for Larry, Levi, and Danny. When they showed up I did an inside lap in the park with them. Feel really good. Came home and did my core.
